Jordan Claims Fauci Will Be Investigated
If the Republicans take control of the House in November’s midterm elections, they would initiate an inquiry against Dr. Anthony Fauci, according to Ohio GOP Rep. Jim Jordan.
During an appearance on Sunday Morning Futures, Jordan vowed Republicans will “uncover” what Fauci knew about the roots of the coronavirus outbreak
‘Without a Doubt’
“Because we now know without a doubt that Dr. Fauci knew on Jan. 31 and Feb. 1 that this thing came from a lab,” Jordan said. “The top scientists in the country were saying it came from a lab. One scientist says we got the notes now from the conference call on February 1st. One scientist says, ‘I don’t see how this can happen in nature, but it would be easy to do in a lab.’”
Republicans on the House Oversight and Judiciary Committees have disclosed email snippets they claim show National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Disease Director Dr. Anthony Fauci was aware that COVID-19 may have been intentionally leaked from a Chinese lab.
Republicans must win in November to follow through with these plans.
