Who is the New Black Panther Party?

The fight for Governor in Georgia has escalated again. Democratic Candidate Stacey Abrams has had celebrities campaigning for her, money pouring in from out of state and now the New Black Panther Party (NBPP) is walking the streets carrying guns lobbying for votes.

The New Black Panther Party is a radical group of Black American activists who have an entire list of ‘demands.’ Some of these demands include:

‘We want full employment for our people and we demand the dignity to do for ourselves what we have begged the white man to do for us.

We believe that since the white man has kept us deaf, dumb and blind, and used every “dirty trick” in the book to stand in the way of our freedom and independence, that we should be gainfully employed until such time we can employ and provide for ourselves. We believe further in: POWER IN THE HANDS OF THE PEOPLE! WEALTH IN THE HANDS OF THE PEOPLE! ARMS IN THE HANDS OF THE PEOPLE!’

‘We want decent housing, fit for shelter of human beings, free health-care (preventive and maintenance). We want an end to the trafficking of drugs and to the biological and chemical warfare targeted at our people.

We believe since the white landlords will not give decent housing and quality health care to our Black Community, the he housing, the land, the social, political and economic institutions should be made into independent UUAMAA “New African Communal/Cooperatives” so that our community, with government reparations and aid (until we can do for ourselves) can build and make drug free, decent housing with health facilities for our people.’

‘We want all Black Men and Black Women to be exempt from military service. We believe that Black People should not be forced to fight in the military service to defend a racist government that holds us captive and does not protect us. We will not fight and kill other people of color in the world who, like Black People, are being victimized by the white racist government of America. We will protect ourselves from the force and violence of the racist police and the racist military, “by any means necessary.”’

This group demands ‘reparations’ be given to them, simply because of their race. They claim that the ‘white men’ have denied them housing, jobs and more. They want to be exempt from military service but demand to be armed. They want to be given employment based on the fact that they are Black Americans and not their skill or experiences.

This is not a new thought process. Rhetoric from the Democratic party has led to radical groups like this.

Conflicting Wants From The New Black Panther Party

The NBPP posted on their Facebook page ‘before you make any assumptions we are not working for & we did not plan this event with either campaign.’ However, they were marching through town in Rome, Georgia holding guns and political signs for Stacey Abrams while attempting to register people to vote.

Moreover, one of their demands is that they should be allowed to exercise their constitutional right to bear arms. Abrams, a socialist, has a record of wanting to unarm citizens. In 2016 Abrams co-sponsored a bill that would have allowed Georgia state authorities to confiscate ‘assault weapons’ and last month Abrams said that she wanted to ban semi-automatic rifles. Abrams has artfully dodged direct questions asked of her, by CNN’s Jake Tapper of all people, on whether she would support grandfathering in semi-automatic rifles that are already in the hands of law-abiding citizens.

Assault Rifles vs. Semi-Automatic Rifles

The very guns that the NBPP were wielding would be banned and potentially confiscated. Take a look at this list of semi-automatic rifles on Wikipedia. Abrams, like most liberals, conflate semi-automatic rifles like an AR-15 with an assault rifle. Contrary to what some think, AR does not stand for ‘assault rifle’ it stands for Armalite Rifle, which is the manufacturer’s brand name. A semi-automatic rifle is not automatically classified as an ‘assault rifle.’ An assault rifle must have all of the following characteristics to be classified as such:

• It must be capable of selective fire.
• It must have an intermediate-power cartridge: more power than a pistol but less than a standard rifle or battle rifle, such as the 7.92×33mm Kurz, the 7.62x39mm and the 5.56x45mm NATO.
• Its ammunition must be supplied from a detachable box magazine.
• It must have an effective range of at least 300 metres (330 yards).

An assault weapon is essentially a fully automatic rifle that continuously fires round as long as the trigger is depressed. These types of weapons are for military use and are not the same as semi-automatic weapons.

Why Do The New Black Panthers Support Abrams

Why then, would a group of people who fully support the second amendment and exercise their legal right to carry support a politician who is in complete opposition of their views?

The number one reason would be race. It is apparent from the list of demands on NBPP’s website that they base most, if not all, of their beliefs on race. They believe they are treated unfairly by the ‘white man.’ Therefore, they could never vote for a ‘white man’ and must support Abrams who is a Black American woman.

This is why identity politics is so dangerous. The idea that you should vote for someone based on the color of their skin, their gender, their religion, or anything else other than their policies and what they will do for ALL citizens is preposterous!

The Democratic Plantation

The Democratic Party uses identity politics to garner votes. They prop up unqualified candidates to get the support of whichever group they are targeting. They use rhetoric that focuses on those identifiers to make it seem like if you do not vote for them, you are betraying your race/gender/religion/sexual identification. Yet, once they get into office, they do very little to help any of those people.

They do this because they need to keep you feeling oppressed and disenfranchised in order to keep getting your votes. If they can get you to believe that the ‘evil Republicans’ are causing your oppression, why would you ever leave the party? Dinesh D’Souza explains the Democratic Plantation in his book “Death of a Nation,” he explains that the Democrats have created intergenerational dependency. The left wants minorities to remain dependent on the government. They want to keep them oppressed and keep them voting blue.

Vote Republican to Escape the Democratic Plantation

Regardless of people like the NBPP, people are waking up from the brainwashing the left has done. People are starting to walk off the Democratic Plantation and think for themselves. They have realized that the political party that is oppressing them is the Democrats.

Republican policies are not geared toward any specific race, gender, religion, or any other identifying trait. Republican policies are for America First. The American Dream is still alive, and it is available to any legal citizen regardless of their background. The opportunity to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness is what America was founded on.

Brian Kemp wants to further these American First policies in Georgia. Kemp wants to put Georgia First, and this includes ALL of Georgia. Stacey Abrams is not focused on Georgia; she is backed by radical liberals from the left coast that want to change Georgia’s values.

Georgians cannot allow Stacey Abrams or the radicals that support her, like NBPP, win. We must get to the polls tomorrow and vote red!
