Texas AG charges voter fraud suspect

AG Paxton of Texas arrests and charges voting crime suspect, delivers a blistering statement about fraud after being caught on camera

By arresting the Victoria County woman and convicting her on 26 counts, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton has just locked up another voting fraud offender.

Monica Mendez plead guilty to the charges.

That is only the most recent issue Paxton has dealt with involving people who committed voting fraud during the hotly disputed 2020 election.

Multiple arrests in Texas

In January 2021, Rachel Rodriguez was detained on suspicion of election fraud after being captured on camera retrieving ballots by Project Veritas in the autumn of 2020.
