Propaganda promotes Republicans as the party of hate crimes
First of all, the media’s definition of a mass shooting covers anything that involves black victims. Except when it comes to gang violence, in which case the topic must be avoided at all times.
Instead of, “how do we stop urban gang violence?,” the media asks, “how do we stop crazy white people who want to kill in order to propell their extreme ideologies?” On top of that, conservatives are to blame for the latter, even when the gunman is a self-declared radical liberal.
Mainstream medias, including Fox News, feed into that narrative without defending Republican voters and its conservative audience.
“The gnawing fear of a minority-white America has utterly consumed conservative politics for the past half-decade, creating a Republican Party whose dual obsessions with nativism and white fertility have engendered a suite of policies engineered to change the nature of the body politic,” Lavin wrote.Fox News’ Brandon Gillepse quotes Rolling Stone’s Talia Lavin
The Buffalo shooter shouldn’t be affiliated to a political party whatsoever
So if they’re being attacked by the left, why isn’t the GOP flooding news sites and social media with the truth? You would expect political leaders with hundreds of thousands of followers to post and reveal Payton S. Gendron’s liberal ideals. The truth is that Grendon is deranged, and a malicious person and his slaughteruos acts shouldn’t be used for political gain at all.
Unfotrunately, news sites and social media are overwhelmingly controlled by leftists. If it fits their narrative, they’ll propell it. Before the age of the internet, it was really easy for media executives to select information for the public to see. Now, social media is the new way most people gather information.
