Border Agents and Police Disinvited from Event

Border Patrol agents and other law enforcement personnel who responded to the Robb Elementary School massacre were excluded from a meeting with Joe Biden in Uvalde, Texas, by officials in the Biden administration.

Law enforcement officers from the scene were invited to meet with Biden on his planned visit to the city just a few days after the incident. Many had already accepted the invitation when they were abruptly dis-invited, supposedly due to a lack of space.

Not Enough Space?

The event was held outside in a location that can accommodate hundreds of people, but more than 90 percent of the agents invited were then told they could not attend.

Critics say the event was planned as little more than a photo opportunity for Biden and his wife with law enforcement agents.
