Elon Musk Is Honored For Assisting Ukraine During Its Time Of Need

Elon Musk garnered high praise for his response to the Ukrainian government’s request for access to SpaceX’s Starlink satellite-based internet service. The service would allow the Ukrainian people and government officials to continue using the internet despite the Russian invasion.

“The Starlink service is currently operational in Ukraine,” Musk announced over the weekend.

Positive Response

“SpaceX donating starlink terminals means it’s now impossible for Russia to shut down the internet. This keeps Pres Zelenskyy connected to Ukrainians and keeps Ukrainians connected to the world. It’s a monumental boon to their fight,” magazine editor Scott Gilmore said.

Even Musk’s mother weighed in on his generosity. Maye Musk tweeted, “@elonmusk Wonderful! #ProudMom #StopTheWar #Ukraine.”
