Kamala Harris said that she and Joe Biden will not give up trying to pass his “Build Back Better” legislation.

The bill has been slammed by both Democrats and Republicans as a multibillion-dollar social and climate spending blunder that will exacerbate already high inflation.
Senator Joe Manchin (D-WV) has famously signaled his opposition to the bill, which would prevent its passage.
Diplomacy or Not Burning Bridges?
Harris, surprisingly, chose not to focus on Manchin, saying, “I think the stakes are too high for this to be in any way about any specific individual.”
But she vowed the White House would not give up easily; “I’m not giving up, and neither is the president.”
