Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensberger announced this morning that the state would complete a full hand recount of ballots.
The news comes as former Vice President Joe Biden leads President Donald Trump by only about 14,000 votes across Georgia, or approximately .3%. Georgia’s prize of 16 electoral votes hangs in the balance a results in several other states are in question due to technology glitches and fraud accusations.
