Hammer & Scorecard Software Possibly Used US General Election
New Right Network has been following the developing circumstances of potential voter fraud in the 2020 US General Election. The software developed for the CIA, Hammer & Scorecard, is one of the notable concerns with irregularities in vote tabulations. There have been many irregularities, reports of secret ballot counting, “glitches,” and more. Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany stated last night on Hannity that they currently have 234 pages of sworn affidavits from one county, Wayne County Michigan. These are real people with notarized affidavits alleging that there “was a batch of ballots where 60% had the same signature, 35 ballots had no voter record but were counted anyway, 50 ballots were run multiple times through a tabulation machine.”
Along with these allegations, we are seeing many instances of votes seeming to “flip” from one candidate to another. A vote “flipping” or switching means that a number of votes in the count for one candidate disappears and that same number of votes appear for the opposing candidate simultaneously. Given what we know about how Hammer & Scorecard are designed to work, we could be seeing this software in action.
What We Know
Dominion Voting Systems is one of three companies that provide the voting system hardware and software used by almost the entire country. Since implementing the use of digital voting machines, there has been major scrutiny into the security of these machines. The machines are susceptible to hacking by both foreign and domestic players. Despite these concerns, these machines are still used to capture and tabulate ballots cast in the United States.
Hammer is a software built by Dennis Montgomery for the CIA. Montgomery, now whistleblower, came forward with 47 hard drives of evidence alleging that under then-president Barak Obama, the software had been “commandeered” and used against private citizens in the United States. This software is designed to penetrate secure systems without detection. Hammer is used with Scorecard, an app designed to change 3% of the vote tabulation during the data transfer portion of reporting totals.
New Information Regarding Vote Switching and Losses
It is important to know how these systems and software work. When compared to new data that has been discovered, it appears that this software could have been used to “flip” votes in the 2020 General Election. The “glitch” of flipped votes was first reported in Michigan when a clerk realized that 6000 votes that had been cast for President Trump were incorrectly tabulated for candidate Joe Biden. The Gateway Pundit then reported another alleged “glitch” in Wisconsin that, when confirmed, will result in a 19,500 gain for President Trump.
Because of these reports, a private citizen took it upon themself to do some research. The raw data from Edison Research, which provides vote tabulation totals to ABC, CBS, CNN, and NBC, was examined for irregularities. The date found was captured and published on the internet for everyone to see for themselves. New Right Network began examining the data yesterday and archived the original data released here.
These numbers show many voting irregularities within the raw data that was used to report the total votes these news organizations used to call races. The irregularities were organized into categories to show which states they occurred in, which voting system was used and the difference in “switched votes” and “lost votes.” Switched votes are votes that were switched or flipped from one candidate to another. Lost votes are reported totals that disappeared from both candidates.
The Data and the Analysis
The amount of data is massive. This is raw unedited data with timestamps. New Right Network is continuing to do our own independent analysis of this information. In addition to this, another website was launched with an interactive map to count every legal vote. This website shows the electoral map with fraud detections included. Every state can be clicked on and the data is shown at the county level.
From what we have seen so far, if all instances of detected fraud are removed, the electoral vote changes dramatically. This would shift the totals to 307 for President Trump to only 231 for candidate Biden. As you see below, the number of reported changes to the vote tabulation is staggering.

The Difference Between Lost Votes and Switched Votes
As you see, there were multiple irregularities with votes in most states. The only states that show no lost or switched votes are Nevada, Alaska, Washington, Hawaii, North Carolina, District of Columbia, Idaho, Oklahoma, Indiana, Delaware, and Vermont. In every other state, there are at least some instances of votes being either switched, lost or both. It is also important to note that, according to the raw data, in every instance, the “switched votes” were switched from President Trump to candidate Joe Biden.
It is easy to understand why a vote would be switched. Assuming this happened intentionally (considering it happened across multiple states and on different voting machines this appears to likely be the case), switching the vote tabulation total to the candidate you prefer would likely result in a win for that candidate. Why erase overall vote counts?
The “lost” votes may have been factored in as a way to make the tabulation totals more believable. Trying to factor in voter registration and overall “popular vote” totals, the end result needed to produce more believable numbers. Considering the high amount of “lost votes” (over two million) it is also possible that these votes were deducted to compensate for the amount of mail-in ballots that would need to be fraudulently counted. Since the software Scorecard only changes a smaller amount of votes in order to not be detected, mail-in ballots would be needed to overcome the number of votes cast for President Trump. Could Hammer & Scorecard be the key to uncovering how these “switches” took place? This is just a theory as to why we see both types of tabulation manipulation.
