Justice Clarence Thomas told a handful of amusing and uplifting tales about the late Antonin Scalia at a speech this week.
“It’s different without him,” Thomas cried at one point. “He’s the only person I really miss.”
“He [Scalia] would ask me questions, and he was rather amusing. He would invite me to go hunting with him, and he would find it strange that someone from rural Georgia would refuse.
“It’s strange, Nino,” I continued, “that urban New York and New Jersey WILL go hunting!” He said this to the delight of the crowd.
