The internet went crazy Wednesday night after footage of Joe Biden struggling to speak showed the puppet president sporting what many are calling, “chin balls.”

The bizarre protrusions on Biden’s chin prompted others to suggest he was actually a person wearing a Joe Biden mask!

This isn’t the first time people have proposed Biden may be someone else wearing a high-tech mask as an official Getty Images photo once showed a bizarre, perfectly square flap over his right ear.

The strange video below also went viral after internet users claimed Biden appeared to be wearing a mask.

While Biden’s chin may have recently received some medical work or it could be changing shape with old age, many people have pointed out the CIA has had high-tech masks that can’t be detected by the naked eye since at least the early 1990s.

Former CIA Disguise Chief Jonna Mendez has publicly described some of the CIA mask technology in many different articles and videos, explaining the agency took Hollywood techniques and improved on them to the point film industry experts could hardly believe.

Mendez once briefed President George H.W. Bush in the Oval Office by wearing a mask and removing it in front of Bush Sr. to display the quality of the disguises.

In a recent interview, Mendez admitted, “The fact that we’re allowed to show it tells me the CIA have moved on. I don’t know what they are doing (now).”

One can safely assume the CIA’s disguise abilities have only become more impressive over the past thirty years, but there is no telling what technology they currently use.
