A mugger gave up and walked away after his would-be victims ignored his demands at a nail salon in Georgia last week, according to reports.

The bizarre incident unfolded just after 2:30 p.m. on July 3 in Atlanta.

A black male wearing a baseball cap and sunglasses entered Nail 1st in the Buckhead neighborhood and ordered customers and staff to hand over valuables.

Surveillance footage from the bungled heist was shared on social media by Crime Stoppers Greater Atlanta.

The suspect can be seen keeping a hand inside a purse throughout the confrontation, clearly insinuating that he might be gripping a firearm.

He walks around the lobby repeatedly shouting, “Give me all your money,” but the women seated inside pay him little heed.

At one point, a male employee calmly answers a ringing phone and then walks away.

One woman even stands up and steps outside, apparently unconcerned with the potential threat posed by the suspect.

Eventually, the suspect storms out of the salon in frustration, having gained nothing.

He fled the scene in a gray sedan and remained on the loose days later, according to updates.

Anyone with helpful information is asked to contact Crime Stoppers.

Infowars has been reporting on the surge of crime in many U.S. cities.
