Former Republican House Speaker Newt Gingrich claimed the occult political establishment is doing everything possible to cover up Joe Biden’s crimes because it’s “desperate” to stay in power.

“You have to understand, the National Establishment, the people who went to Harvard and Yale and Princeton, the folks who belong to Skull & Bones, all of those people are united in a determination to retain power over the American people,” Gingrich told Fox Business host Maria Bartiromo on Tuesday.

“They are watching a steady upsurge of Americans who are sick and tired of a corrupt elite that’s trying to do things,” he said, adding the effective boycotts against woke companies like Target and Anheuser-Busch are harbingers of what’s to come for them.

Gingrich explained the imminent indictment of Trump by DOJ special counsel Jack Smith is just a political hit job against the former president to prevent his potential reelection, much like the Clinton-FBI’s Russian collusion hoax was in 2016.

“We know now from the Durham Report that virtually everything said about Donald Trump was a lie, and sadly almost everything being said about Joe Biden is the truth,” he said.

“And yet, the FBI is trying to protect him, the Justice Department is trying to protect him, the intelligence community is trying to protect him, and it’s because you have a left-wing establishment that is under siege that is losing power, and they’re desperate to stay in charge.”

“And the only way they can stay in charge is this kind of constant assault, and that’s why I think the Republicans, in the House in particular, have to stand firm and stand united, and they’re going to win because they have the power of the purse,” he added.

This comes as House Oversight Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.) announced Monday that contempt hearings will be held for FBI Director Christopher Wray this week for continuing to refuse to release key whistleblower documents alleging Biden’s family was behind a foreign bribery scheme.

This also amid reports that DOJ special counsel Smith is preparing to indict Trump for keeping classified documents at his Mar-a-Lago resort.
