Republicans elected House members to STOP Democrats, not necessarily to “do” anything. When politicians do things, it’s always an attack on our money and freedoms. Prove me wrong. They’re either spending our taxes to do something they want (or to buy votes) or they are restricting us from doing something.

I don’t want the new Republican-led House to DO anything. I am perfectly fine if they stop funding as much stuff as they can and they just have investigations for two years.

And there is PLENTY to investigate. Their only problem is narrowing down what they are going to spend their time on. There’s a long list of investigations and hearings that they can focus on. My priorities are the impeachment of President Biden, Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas and Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin.

Many things have been mentioned by both Republicans and the press concerning possible upcoming investigations by the Republican House including…

Dereliction of duty with the border crisis and our lack of homeland security
The FUBAR Afghanistan withdrawal
Democrat collusion with censorship and big tech
Corruption of the FBI including election interference and colluding with the Democrats COVID-19 pandemic – where do I start on this one…

DOJ, IRS and other departments targeting their political enemies (us) And of course, the biggie…Hunter/Joe Biden corruption

However, even though the House Republicans held press conferences last week and talked about all of the investigations they are interested in, they are STILL Republicans i.e. spineless.

Breitbart News reports that they intend to subpoena Hunter Biden but not his old man, Joe. What’s up with that, cowards? They say that compelling testimony from a president is “complicated.” Funny how it’s not complicated for Democrats to do.

Spineless. That’s what the Republican often turn out to be. So we should hope for the best but expect the worse from the House Republicans the next two years. I really don’t think they’re up for the job – but we will see.

Oh, and while they are at it, it they had any cojones, they would also release all of the video from the Capitol riots on January 6th.
