Liberal extremist William Aslaksen, 64, plowed through the crowd after arguing with protesters.
A witness said he entered his vehicle and intentionally drove toward the protesters.
The injured woman was taken to a hospital because of injuries that were not life-threatening.
He was booked into the Sheriff’s Department’s Palmdale station on suspicion of felony assault.
