From Conservative Brief:
In a GOP fundraising video the 45th President of the United States vowed that Republicans would take back the White House “sooner than you think,” Forbes reported.
“We’re gonna take back the Senate, take back the House, we’re gonna take back the White House – and sooner than you think. It’s going to be really something special,” he said.
The video comes as reports have surfaced that claim Trump believes he could be reinstated as president if the election audits in key states go his way.
It also comes as Trump appeared to be receptive to the idea that could become a representative in a Republican wave in 2022 and become Speaker of the House.
Radio host Wayne Allen Root suggested Trump campaigning for a spot in the House of Representatives before taking on the challenge of winning back the White House in 2024 during an interview the two had on Friday, The Daily Mail reported.
“Why not, instead of waiting for 2024, and I’m hoping you’ll run in 2024, but why not run in 2022 for the United States Congress? A House seat in Florida. Win big. Lead us to a dramatic landslide victory. Take the House by 50 seats,” the host said.
“Then you become the speaker of the House, lead the impeachment of Biden and start criminal investigations against Biden,” he said. “You’ll wipe him out for this last two years.”
“That’s so interesting,” the 45th President of the United States said. “You know, it’s very interesting.”
An impeachment could not only thwart Biden’s agenda for his last two years but, if successful, could remove him from the White House.
He said that some of his advisors suggested that he campaign to be a senator but he liked the idea of being Speaker.
“But you know what, your idea might be better. It’s very interesting,” he said.
The idea was first thought of by Steve Bannon who mentioned it to Republicans in Boston in February.
“We totally get rid of Nancy Pelosi, and the first act of President Trump as Speaker will be to impeach Joe Biden for his illegitimate activities of stealing the presidency,” he said.
But Trump definitely has his eyes on the White House in 2024, and a two year stop in the House could be a good start to getting him back there.
On Friday he went after Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg after the website announced that his ban would be in effect for two years.
In his email he gave what could be the biggest clue yet as to his plans for the 2024 presidential election and what his future holds.
In an email to supporters, the 45th President of the United States tore into Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg, but in his rant was a clue.
“Next time I’m in the White House there will be no more dinners, at his request, with Mark Zuckerberg and his wife. It will be all business!” he said.
Presumably he was not referring to the next time he takes the family on vacation to Washington D.C. and visits The White House.
If his plans for 2024 were not apparent before they should be now. One does not say “next time I’m in the White House” because they do not plan on campaigning for president.
The email came hours after Facebook announced that Trump would be banned from its platform for a minimum of two years, which covers the 2022 midterm elections.
