Judicial Watch successfully filed a FOIA Lawsuit obtaining never-before-seen video and audio evidence concerning the police killing of Ashli Babbitt.

In addition to a buried video and audio interview of the policeman who shot Babbitt, Judicial Watch also obtained never-before-seen photos concerning the incident.

Babbitt was an unarmed protester who was fatally shot by Capitol Police during the January 6 protests.

Judicial Watch obtained records proving police knew Babbitt was unarmed when shot and killed by police.

Multiple officers stated she was unarmed, and the officially labeled possible manner of death was “Homicide (Police Involved Shooting).”
