Russian Action ‘Fairly Consequential And It’s Coming,’ says Biden

Russian President Vladimir Putin is expected to undertake cyberattacks against the United States, according to Joe Biden.

“The more Putin’s back is against the wall, the greater the severity of the tactics he may employ … one of the tools he’s most likely to use in my view, in our view, is cyberattacks,” Biden said on Monday. “The magnitude of Russia’s cyber capacity is fairly consequential and it’s coming.”

‘Harden Cyber Defenses’

Biden encouraged the private sector and individuals to “harden cyber defenses” in anticipation of an imminent attack.

Continuing to ignore and distract from the Hunter Biden laptop bombshell, Biden’s lengthy prepared statement urged everyone to do his or her part to help counteract any cyber attack.
