Another Special Election Won by Republicans
In Jacksonville, Florida, Republicans were victorious in a special election.
On Tuesday, Republican Nick Howland won the city council contest in a county where there are more Democrats than Republicans among registered voters.
National Implications
While the race was local, it may be indicative of the future in the November midterms. With low approval ratings even among Democrats, Joe Biden will not be much help as his cronies face an uphill battle this year.
According to polls, the biggest issues for voters this year include China, border security, and the rising cost of gas and other essentials.
