Will Putin Invade?

According to US intelligence, Putin has given Ukraine invasion orders, according to a report.

A US official told CBS News that the US has evidence indicating Russian commanders had received orders to proceed with an invasion of Ukraine, with commanders on the ground devising precise plans for how they would maneuver in their respective sectors of the battlefield.

An Invasion is Not Guaranteed

The instructions do not guarantee an invasion because Russian President Vladimir Putin might alter his mind at any time, according to the official.

“The President made it plain that he believes US intelligence has informed him that this invasion would take place and that President Putin has chosen to carry it out,” according to CBS.
