Kyle Rittenhouse’s trial has taken yet another worrying turn.

According to a fresh report from Newsmax, the jury verdict count is far closer than many people believe. Sources claim that the current verdict count is 6 to 6.

Per the Newsmax reporter, one of Rittenhouse’s attorneys, Mark Richards, stated that he believes the jury is split 6-6.

After someone purportedly from MSNBC followed a vehicle carrying the jury, Kenosha Judge Bruce Schroeder banned MSNBC from the courtroom for the rest of the Rittenhouse trial on Thursday.

According to reports, the producer was named as James Morrison, who was stopped by police after attempting to follow a van used to transport jurors to the courtroom after running a red.

The defense had requested a mistrial with prejudice, claiming the prosecution concealed drone footage from the night Rittenhouse killed two men and injured another in Kenosha, Wisconsin.

Kenosha County Judge Bruce Schroeder has repeatedly chastised Assistant District Attorney Thomas Binger for his actions, statements, and his attempts to utilize questionable evidence against Rittenhouse.

Binger was demonstrating something with the weapon but, strangely, failed to consider basic gun safety during the demonstration, which is even more ridiculous given that he has been attempting to portray Rittenhouse as an irresponsible gun owner.

Schroeder dismissed a charge of unauthorized possession of a firearm against Rittenhouse, a misdemeanor, last week after his attorneys successfully argued that he was lawfully allowed to carry the AR-15 type rifle he owned in public under Wisconsin law.
