SCOTUS Requires Pennsylvania Ballots Segregated

In the ever-changing chaos of election week 2020, the United States Supreme Court is getting involved. Justice Samuel Alito issued a temporary order requiring the state of Pennsylvania to segregate ballots received after 8pm on Tuesday.

He also indicated the Pennsylvania GOP and the Secretary of the Commonwealth cannot verify that counties are already complying with the state’s laws regarding late ballots.

Pennsylvania officials have until 2pm Saturday to respond to Alito’s order.
