Straight Pride 2019? The Virulent Reaction of the Tolerant Left
Gay Pride Month is in full swing, with Boston’s Pride Parade this Saturday. Watch what happens when three Bostonians orchestrate a straight pride parade.
Bostonians Plan Straight Pride Parade
Three Bostonians have the entirety of liberal America up in arms. The tolerant, inclusive left has taken extreme umbrage at the notion of a straight pride parade. The excessive temper tantrums are proof positive that the militant LGBT movement seeks not to gain equality, but preeminence. If sexuality should be celebrated in the streets, why is it that heterosexuality seems to be excluded? Let’s start at the beginning.
The American people have been so brutally abused.
For quite a while now, American cities such as San Francisco have organized parades to celebrate the milestones of the movement before a wide audience. Some pictures of gay pride parades show naked grown men and women parading themselves down a Frisco street full of citizens. This is including children. There are plenty of pictures online, you can google it yourself.
Ostensibly, this is to promote tolerance and encourage inclusivity. To wipe the stigma away from the homosexual lifestyle. To be fair, not all Gay Pride parades are like those hosted by San Francisco, et al. However, the only orientation not recognized in the anagram is universally mocked and derided for wanting to celebrate their love.
Straight Pride is Bigotry
Straight pride is another matter entirely. #LoveIsLove does not extend to “breeders.” Which brings us to these three Bostonians who apparently wished to test the “equality” shtick. Moreover, they actually have back up from their Gay Ambassador (it’s a thing, apparently). From CBSNews:
“The third leadership role is afforded to Chris Bartley — listed as the group’s ‘gay ambassador.’ ‘He became involved in the straight pride movement after being ostracized from established advocacy groups for merely suggesting that straight people be afforded equal rights,’ according to his biography.”

Super Happy Fun America and Straight Pride
Mark Sahady, the vice president of Super Happy Fun America, announced the parade via Facebook, stating that the city is allegedly allowing floats and vehicles, among other amenities, also afforded the Boston Pride parade. “It looks like the Boston Straight Pride Parade will happen. We filed a discrimination complaint and it appears the City of Boston understands they would lose in litigation.”
Democrat Marty Walsh, Boston’s mayor, refused to answer when asked if he supported a straight pride parade. Instead, he chose to focus on the Gay Pride parade happening Saturday. “Every year, Boston hosts our annual Pride Week, where our city comes together to celebrate the diversity, strength and acceptance of our LGBTQ community.”
Walsh added, “This is a special week that represents Boston’s values of love and inclusion, which are unwavering. I encourage everyone to join us in celebration this Saturday for the Pride Parade and in the fight for progress and equality for all.” Does he know what unwavering means?
Gay Conservatives and the #WalkAway Campaign
All is not lost, though, on the inclusivity front. Just as the organizers of the event have their gay ambassador, we here on the right have our own beloved gay members. Scott Presler issued this tweet concerning the straight pride parade:
There have been many gay people voicing their aversion to being viewed for, and used for, their sexuality. As if that is all they are, a gay person. This is devaluing these people. This is where identity politics has gotten us. People are reduced to their skin color, sexual orientation, gender, and faith. Then they are played like pawns by an unscrupulous government and media only after their votes to remain in power.
This is happening at the same time these Liberal paragons are resisting the only President in the history of the United States to initiate and fight for a sweeping move globally to decriminalize homosexuality. These same people stoke fear in the heart of the LGBT community not only about their president but about all who support him. As Brandon Straka points out in the above tweet, even Hollywood is participating in the fear-mongering, with Cher chief among them, leading the propaganda campaign with tweets that promote nonsense.
The media at large is guilty of this. The idea is to divide and conquer. As soon as the heterosexual community is demonized fully, and the president and his supporters are vilified and made pariah, the Left’s true colors will come shining through. Hopefully, #WalkAway will help lower the collateral damage.
Leave Sexuality Where it Belongs, In the Bedroom
How about we just put sex back in the bedroom. Everyone can agree that treating anyone with less than the respect they deserve as autonomous human beings is wrong. Homophobic behavior should stop, and people from all orientations should see to it that it does. However, NOBODY needs a parade to celebrate their sexuality. That is what is happening in bedrooms all across America, every time people bump uglies.
One is hard pressed to find a point in time since the Civil Rights movement that the American people have been so brutally abused by the influencers in society. LGBT people and other “minorities” have either been infantilized by the Left or ignored. In Brandon’s case, they are trying their best to silence outright. One thing the Left fears is that moment when all these different “minorities” wake up and realize there are 360,000,000 Americans alive today. If you can call yourself a citizen of this country, you are not a minority.
The very best thing to do, and one guaranteed to promote tolerance and inclusivity, is to all come together as Americans, and deal with real issues together. As long as these wedge issues remain, they can be weaponized by the corrupt officials to further pad their own wallets. They will have more money siphoned from more government programs and so they can maintain their one percent lifestyle. People of all orientations, genders, and (insert favorite identifier here) need to stop falling for it.
